Rags to riches!

Thanks to generous donations from all the wonderful individuals and organisations who support us, this week we raised £510 to help refugees!

All clothes and bedding that are donated to us are sorted. Anything that cannot go to refugee camps is put in sacks. Ninety three of these sacks were loaded onto a van by our team on Thursday then taken to Savannah Rags in Mansfield where we received our highest amount of money ever!

This money can now go to refugee camps that are harder to get to, such as in Syria, Yemen or Lebanon. Between September 2019 and now, DRS has donated £10,400 to refugee camps.
