Hope....on a cold January morning

So an elderly gentleman walked into DRS on Thursday and gave us an envelope containing £200. He said it was his winter fuel allowance.
I mentioned it to one of our asylum seeker volunteers who smiled and quietly said , ' there is hope'.
Goodness me yes, whilst there are people showing such kindness , there is hope.

We were full again today...... maybe 80+ volunteers. All smiling.
