Thank you for your very big thank you!

I guess like all DRS volunteers it just feels right to help and support asylum seekers/refugees in our community and further afield as much as we can in any way we can. 

Since visiting you guys (donated a child’s pushbike) a year or so ago I’ve absolutely loved being part of the volunteering team and getting to know refugee volunteers, those seeking asylum and all connected with the DRS. 

I remember my first visit very well…. the love in the room blew me away and I had never been in a place like it! 

I knew I needed to offer my help in the ways I know, my joinery works, transport, bikes and a smiles and hugs. 😊

Thank you all again for helping me become a happier person through being involved with the DRS.
