To some people, this beautifully well organised, tidy selection of donated shoes is something that sparks joy and must be maintained.

To others, it is an open invitation, even a demand, to create chaos: try on every pair then ask to see the first one again; lose one of several pairs; moan that there's nothing they like; stand staring at the shoes expecting them to miraculously reveal their size; send our Storeroom Team into a vortex of despair, vowing never to tidy shoes ever ever again.....
